AYSPAK CASE ERECTING MACHINE
The machine has been designed for automatically erecting cases from knock-down flat case bundle and making them ready for filling for the packaging lines where the empty boxes are manually loaded into the system. With this machine, operation output up to 40 packages per minute can be achieved depending on the choice of box and product. It provides customised solutions to the specific needs of customers from a wide range of industrial sectors including food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
To briefly explain the operation of the machine, knock-down flat cases are placed in the magazine of the machine by an operator before it is switched on. The machine automatically picks one flat case from the magazine and erects it onto the conveyor. It then seals the flaps on one side of the case, leaving one end open for filling. An operator manually puts the product into the case and manually closes and seals the upper flaps or lid and thus finishing the process.
