"Turkey's End of Line Packaging Machinery Manufacturer" AYSPAK’s foundations were laid in 1992 in Sakarya. Throughout the 90s, with the quality and reliability of the company in machine spare parts production and thus being a regional expert in the sector led to the birth of the AYSPAK brand.
In 1996, the company developed then the most sophisticated liquid (sachet) packaging machine of Turkey resulting from its intensive R & D efforts on the area. This achievement, with its quality and price advantage, was an important factor in gaining the brand awareness in a relatively short period of time throughout Turkey.
Continuing its R & D activities without interruption, AYSPAK started to produce screw and volumetric packaging systems in 1999.
In 2003, by following the international developments in the packaging industry, our company strengthened its R & D unit with young and dynamic experts in order to provide the most appropriate modern solutions to customer expectations. This unit soon developed and introduced stick, sachet and liquid filling and weighing packaging machines to EU standards. These machines have placed AYSPAK brand to an important position in the sector.
With the first export to Algeria in 2007, AYSPAK expanded into international markets. After Algeria, exports to Germany and Azerbaijan followed each other.
The year 2008 is an important milestone for AYSPAK. As a result of the decision taken by the Board of Directors, it focused on a specific area of “end of line packaging systems” comprising cartooning, box packing and side wrapping machines. In accordance with this decision, our R & D activities also shifted its weight towards the same area. The main reason behind making such a decision is the fact that end-of-line packaging machines are generally imported from abroad, in addition to increasing expectations and demands of our customers in this regard and being an area promising great development potential.
As a result of new concept that was put into practice in 2008, all R & D activities gained weight towards this end. Developed in line with the EU standards and fully considering the sectoral needs and expectations, the designs attracted great attention in the domestic and foreign markets in a short time.
In order to meet increasing customer demands as of 2010, production activities continued in the new production centre with 700 m2 closed area and a fully equipped machinery park.
In 2015, besides manual and mechanical feeding, robotic feeding systems were developed reaching a production capacity of 120 boxes per minute.
2017 was another year of reform for AYSPAK in which AYS (AYSPAK Management System based on many years of experience) was implemented.
By virtue of the presence of AYS+ team, R & D and Quality departments gained a new face and identity. The R & D unit, which forms the backbone of AYSPAK brand, prepares the scientific infrastructure for research in order to develop technology in cooperation with university and sectoral partners. While its quality policy ensures that AYSPAK products are produced in compliance with the national and international standards, APS system provides production and assembly processes be carried out to AYSPAK’s quality requirements.
With the AYS-soft, the entire management infrastructure has been transferred to the digital environment. AYS-art not only aims to develop machines in accordance with customer expectations and needs in terms of material and production quality but also places utmost importance to ergonomics and exterior design.
In 2019, we moved to our new production site to provide better and more comfortable service to our customers.
